HARD CASH is a solo artist playing rhythm and lead guitar and vocals using authentic backing tracks to give the full rich sound of Cashs style of country music as it should be sung.

Chris is the man in black, in his long career he has played in pop rock and country bands finally settling as a solo artist in the South West of England but he has performed all over Europe in Cruise ships, in Germany in the military camps, In Spain and Portugal, in Australia. Playing in various clubs and once in a barn on a sheep station and of course many quality venues in England.

Recent gigs of note were played in the Cardiff Millennium Centre, a supreme venue for that great city, In the Saville Club in Mayfair London, the Mayfair Hotel also in London. He has been a support act with Hermans Hermits, the 4 Chessmen, Chris Barber and Jim Davidson.

Chris has all the experience needed to give a successful evening entertainment with a wealth of knowledge and a lifetime of musical ability.

Hard Cash plays 2 x 45 minutes of the songs that made Johnny Cash the country icon he is today but is flexible enough to be able to offer a mix of other genres, the 60s/70s dancing music, country through to music from the crooners era, He sings songs made famous by Frank Sinatra Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald etc. So if you want the best in Johnny Cash tribute music and even more Hard Cash is the act for you.
