Smokin Aces are a 4-piece female-fronted rock/pop function/wedding band from Cardiff playing 60s-00s classics from The Beatles to Guns n Roses.Originally formed in 2007 the band relocated to Cardiff in 2009 and have since found success both as an originals band and as a wedding/party band, with their timeless selection of covers appealing to all ages. They combine contemporary pop and rock music including the sounds of Michael Jackson, Journey, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, ZZ Top, ACDC and an endless list of classic artists!
Smokin Aces was formed by lead vocalist Clare and since then they have enjoyed performances including - supporting X-factors Lloyd Daniels, appearing live on SKY television, featuring regularly on Radio Cardiff 98.7FM, playing at The Cardiff 10k charity run with Katherine Jenkins, supporting The Counterfeit Police and a long list of many other events. The band have also played at The Royal St Davids Hall and at a selection of festivals and events.
