From the moment Ricky Rivers saw Elvis Presley appearing in the movie Jailhouse Rock, he felt a real passion for the man and his music, this has remained with him to this day. As a child he found himself imitating the voice and movements of The King, and although he was offered many career opportunities, he was driven to pursue his burning desire to be an entertainer just like his idol.Ricky, a true fan of Elvis with a commitment to perform the closest tribute to the real thing, it is this attention to detail that has led to his overwhelming success wherever he performs.
In February 2008 he was voted 'Best Young Elvis Lookalike' by Top Fashion Magazine, coming first out of hundreds of contestants worldwide.
Ricky Rivers provides the ultimate tribute to Elvis, working both as a tribute artist and look-a-like. He bears an uncanny resemblance to The King, and his performance features powerful vocals and moves. The spectacular performance features a tribute to both the early years and the Vegas concert years, providing a first class tribute covering the full spectrum of Elvis’ career.
