The workshops and training sessions Litz runs are inspirational and practical. They are always fully attended and taught in a stimulating enjoyable way.
Mini lectures progress on to exercises with partners or in small groups, all sessions have plenty of time for feedback and discussion. Each workshop can stand completely on its own merit.
