Alan is resident rational mystic on BBC Radio Devon, Cornwall and the Isle of Scillies. He presents unusual, uncanny and unearthly entertainment which takes as its theme the world of the paranormal and the supernatural. Using a potent blend of psychology, deception and theatricality Alan offers a performance which features demonstrations of mind control, thought reading, suggestion and magic.

He is able to bring his academic knowlegde of psychology and human behaviour to his skills as a presenter and entertainer in order to provide audiences with an exciting, mesmersing and thought-provoking experience.

Alan is an Enigmatist - a presenter of enigmas. In this role he offers a range of entertainment solutions. Initmate close-up performances, meet and greet and a full evenings cabaret.

Alan is a Psychic Entertainer - well versed in astrology, tarot, palmistry and other esoteric arts (indeed he lectures in these disciplines), Alan can offer specialised entertainment and 'psychic readings' for a wide range of audiences and situations.

Alan is a Rational-Mystic - in this role he offers lectures, after dinner speaking, workshops on talks on many aspects of the paranormal and the human mind.

Alan is a Motivational Trainer and Speaker - blending entertainment and education (edu-tainment) Alan has provided workshops, key note addresses and corporate training on the human mind, creative thinking, team building, interpersonal communication and change. He also offers accredited training in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Coaching.
